Return Policy & Refunds – Bold Swagpack

We want you to love your Bold Swagpack! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

✅ Eligibility for Returns:

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all three included swag panels.

- Original tags and packaging must be intact.

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

- Any bag returned without one or more swag panels will not be eligible for a refund.

- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by use are not accepted.

- Promotional or giveaway items (including swag passes) are not eligible for return.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at info@boldswagpack.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💸 Refunds:

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
